B-5 is a Women Only barbell bootcamp focusing on the "problem" areas that include the arms, legs/booty, and abs. 45 minute high intensity bootcamp that includes barbell work to make women feel powerful and confident. Exercises include bench, glute bridges, back and front squats, variations of deadlifts, and cardio. Learn bracing techniques to prevent injuries and increase core strength.
