Coach Zack McMullins has been a strength coach and personal trainer since January 2020, and has spent time training athletes all over Lincoln. He has been a lifetime athlete, playing football since age six and spending time competing in basketball, track, taekwondo, and Crossfit meets. He is currently a Kinesiolgy and fitness studies double major and football player at NWU.
Coach Camryn Mortrude is a Health and Fitness studies major at NWU and has been an athlete for over 11 years. She has been a strength, conditioning, and sports coach for 5 years. In high school she was a varsity swimmer but also swam for Millard Aquatic Club. More recently Camryn has gotten into power lifting and Crossfit.
